| Version 6.3.1 |
1-01-2009 |
An inconsistancy was noted between the results file export reported Trim Recommendation(s) and the adjustments recommended directy by the User Interface of the app. This was due to a mis-named variable in one line of the code. This applies ONLY to LTFT adjustments. This applies ONLY to the exported summary file. The adjustment recommended in the User Interface is CORRECT! |
| Version 6.3.0 |
12-13-2008 |
LTFT average determination has been updated and improved. Application now calculates two independent LTFT averages (assuming bank 1 and 2 both exist and are logged) as before. LTFT adjustment recommendation now bases adjustment recommendation on the average of the two trims, rather than on the value of each trim independently. It was found that this provides a more robust trim recommendation and improves consistency. It was discovered that CSV files processed via OpenOffice caused DsLogRedux to fail. This is due to a bug in OpenOffice. This issue has been resolved. DSLogRedux will now seamlessly reduce OpenOffice CSVs. |
| Version 6.2.3 |
8-30-2008 |
For U7192/93/95/98 Class 2 Predators: Minor bug fixes in data export/Summary File functionality to correctly accomodate Class II tools when logging with Laptop and AFR parameter. For ALL Predators: Lowered the minimum cruise throttle position from 20 to 15 percent. This was done to accomodate various vehicles that have lower throttle positions at cruise. Minimal, if any, change in cruise results. |
| Version 6.2.2 |
8-27-2008 |
This update APPLIES ONLY TO U7192/93/95/98 Class 2 Predators. Minor bug fixes in data export functionality to correctly accomodate Class II tools when logging with Laptop and AFR parameter. Calculations not effected. |
| Version 6.2.1 |
8-25-2008 |
This update APPLIES ONLY TO U7192/93/95/98 Class 2 Predators. These are bug fixes for those Class 2 tools only... An issue of recognizing a throttle position of at least 15% has been corrected. Reading the log parameter of "Knock Retard", instead of (and addition to), "Total Knock Spark Retard", has also been added -- so that WOT recommendations are able to be given, when the AFR parameter is also present in the .csv log file.. |
| Version 6.2.0 |
8-23-2008 |
APPLIES ONLY TO U7192/93/95/98 CLASS 2 TOOLS: New Class 2 tools WILL allow logging of an AFR parameter when logging with the DataViewer application and a Laptop (only). The DSLogRedux app was updated to accomodate AFR logging when logging with a Laptop and using the DataViewer application. NOTE: AFR parameter is NOT AVAILABLE when logging with the only the Predator by itself. You MUST use a laptop and the DataViewer application for live data streaming/recording in order to be able to select the AFR parameter for your log. |
| Version 6.1.2 |
7-18-2008 |
Added additional informational popup regarding WOT data support and info/recommendations for U7192, U7193, U7195, U7198 logs - to let the user know that since these tools/vehicles do not report an AFR parameter, no WOT data will be analyzed nor will information/recommendations for adjustments be provided, since this is a crucial piece of data information that is not available. |
| Version 6.1.1 |
5-29-2008 |
Added additional support for U7192, U7193, U7195, U7198 logs with the Absolute Throttle Position parameter logged. Adjusted throttle % filtering sensitivity, yielding improvements in accuracy. |
| Version 6.0.0 |
5-23-2008 |
When opening or saving/exporting .csv log files, the file location now defaults to "My Documents\My DSLogRedux Log Files" folder - which is created upon installation. Support added for U7192, U7193, U7195, U7198 Predators/logs (revisions 9rXX only). |
| Version 5.1.2 |
5-15-2008 |
Now offers user-selectable RPM ranges for normal cruising/driving data logs. Every vehicle is different - based on gearing - so optimal RPM range would be different. Usable RPM range is now 1800 - 2500, with user-selectable increments in-between. Creates more defined steady-driving data set. Further refinement of sensitivity threshold for LTFT calculations. Results and recommended adjustments more accurate. |
| Version 5.0.1 |
5-9-2008 |
WOT Adjustment tab now contains the following warning: WOT/PE recommended adjustments are based on stock engine setups (w/CAI at most) and recommend adjustments to achieve a Predator AFR value of 12.5 - 12.8. However, if you have mods such as TB Spacer, Headers, Ported Intake, Ported TB, etc, then your actual adjustments will need to be different. This is due to the fact that you are flowing quite a bit more air than stock, which makes the Predator AFR reading at WOT not so accurate anymore. The best/safest way to accomplish WOT/PE fueling adjustments is to use a wideband setup. WOT/PE fueling adjustments are done at your own risk. No other functional enhancements. |
| Version 5.0.0 |
5-6-2008 |
Discovered file corruption in release 4.3.5. Errors have been corrected and re-released as version 5.0.0. Also enhanced log calculations to restrict RPM area to 2k-2.3k for more accurate steady-driving data. |
| Version 4.3.5 |
5-6-2008 |
Download removed due to discovered file corruption. |
| Version 4.3.4 |
4-26-2008 |
Minor bug fixes. Corrected bug for AFR inversion at idle speed. Algorithm sensitivity adjustment to LTFT calculation and injector slope adjustment recommendation. Marginal improvement in accuracy. |
| Version 4.3.3 |
4-13-2008 |
Inverted AFR is now detected, and corrected automatically within the app. App informs of detection and correction of AFR. Output files reflect correction. |
| Version 4.3.2 |
4-12-2008 |
Minor bug fixes --- Engine Speed now a REQUIRED logging parameter. Engine Speed is now also used to parse LTFTs along with other parameters --- should make LTFT calcs marginally more accurate. |
| Version 4.3.0 |
4-2-2008 |
Added new tab with functionality to provide AFR info for WOT in both lower and upper rpm ranges, as well as provide recommended adjustments to PE fueling in both lower and upper rpm ranges.
Also now includes tutorials/information regarding logging, making adjustments, and how to copy your tune file from your vehicle. This information is available from the Help menu/section. |
| Version 4.1.1 |
12-16-2007 |
